Harvey's pretty explicitly from the other side of the fourth wall, so he's likely to recognize anyone from any really major work. He's not nearly as deep into pop culture as his housemates, but he's lived with them long enough to pick up tidbits about things like Star Trek, Doctor Who, and various assorted comics. He also enjoys Pokemon of his own accord, but isn't known to play any other specific video games, so we'll just go ahead and not worry about that.Also, I doubt anyone is gonna be apping from one of his soaps.
He's sensible enough not to run around telling everyone they're fictional, but I'm willing to just not have him recognize a character if you're not cool with it. He also won't recognize anything that came out after November 2012, as per his canon point.

Harvey's AU is based onitsjustagamerp, where he has been stuck on the Satellite of Love from Mystery Science Theater 3000 for the past year and a half. Listed below are the characters he had strong cross-canon CR with, or at least knew by more than a passing glance in the halls. If you would rather this CR not affect her interactions with your version of the character, please let me know.
